Kikelomo Amoreoluwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology and M.SC in Food Processing and Storage Technology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta(FUNAAB),Ogun State. She has gained a wealth of experience in the Food industry and the Academia and attended several workshops on Food Processing. Kikelomo is highly passionate about Value Additionto IndigenousProducts and Novel Food Product Development.
She is a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology(NIFST) and currently a Doctoral student in the World Bank African Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Development and Sustainable Environment (CEADESE), where is studying Food Processing and Value Addition.
